Prince Madrais Alibasa Manuscript No. 40D

The manuscript No.40D is written in a notebook with blue cover. The size is 21 x 16.5 cm. The condition of paper is brittle and yellowing. The writing is still readable. In this manuscript, Prince Madrais describes what happened in the Dutch colonisation era. There was an alliance among China, Arab, England, Dutch which had an agreement of territorial division. They made Java suffer from colonisation. The government of Kuningan looked for Madrais mistakes. They blame the marriage of Madrais and his followers which regarded as illegal. The people who loved their nation were humiliated. Their life was made hard. The Java land was badly damage. Many people were invited to be false witness in the trial of Madrais. They confessed as Madrais family.
