In this manuscript, Prince Madrais writes some advices for country stakeholders. Every problem should consider well and take the fair decision with good logical reason. The country of Java must use the Java rules not other nations rule. The land of Java Sunda Pasundan has changed. Tradition, custom, behavior and the cloth used are tuxedo, trousers, hat, shoes and socks. If our logical mind follows other religion, it will make us confuse and don’t have our own principles. The dignity of Java was hindered by ‘talking mountain’. Leadership power must be based on the motherland, custom, culture, letters of nation. Everthing is being organized into an order of the world. Then, there is a warning of earthquake and a prophecy of the Java glory.
