The manuscript No.152 is written in a set of loose folios. There are two sizes of paper; 27.5 x 22.5 cm and 35 x 21.5 cm. The condition of paper is brittle, torn, perforated, taped and yellowing. The ink penetrates to the reverse side, but the writing is still readable. In this manuscript, Prince Madrais writes the condition of Java land and its people, the problems establishing the nature religion, natural disaster to make people help each other and his responsibility as Gebang descendant.
