The manuscript No.145 is written in a set of loose folios. There are two sizes of paper; 33,3 x 21 cm and 35 x 21.5 cm. The condition of paper is brittle and yellowing. The ink penetrates to the reverse side, but the writing is still readable. In this manuscript, Prince Madrais describes his teachings about marriage. Getting married is one of human need and use rules of human and tradition. Before getting married, step must be passed is pasaran (pre-marital ceremony in Sunda Java religion) to prepare lasting and holy marriage. It is also described about the society condition in Java and a prophecy related to his descendant who will hinder his work.
