The manuscript No.139 is written in a set of loose folios There are two sizes of paper; 34 x 22 cm and 35 x 21.5 cm. The condition of paper is brittle, torn, perforated, and yellowing. The ink penetrates to the reverse side, but the writing is still readable. In this manuscript, Prince Madrais gave message about the submission of his writings. It must be careful and orderly, because when his writing is submitted, the government will give legitimation.
