The manuscript No.130 is written in a set of loose folios. There are two sizes of paper; 35 x 21.5 cm and 34 x 21.5 cm. The condition of paper is brittle, torn, perforated, taped and yellowing. The ink penetrates to the reverse side, but the writing is still readable. In this manuscript, Prince Madrais wrote the custom of human beings amd gave advice to us to write everthing we do as a reflection and teaching for next generation. He also insisted that custom of war, killing and deceiving is not the custom of human but it is a lust.
