The manuscript No.116 is written in a set of loose folios. There are two sizes of paper; 35 x 21.5 cm and 34 x 21 cm. The condition of paper is brittle, torn and yellowing. The ink penetrates to the reverse side, but the writing is still readable. In this manuscript, Prince describes resposibility of a prince. He stated that he is a son of Prince Alibasa Gebang. Having a prince title is not just a name, it carries a duty to carry out royals etiquette based on custom way. Then he adds that he is a religious person, embrace religion based on rules of Java Sunda nation. Government is supposed to use rules of own nation.
