The manuscript No.53B is written in a notebook with blue cover. The size is 21 x 16.5 cm. The condition of paper is brittle, torn and yellowing. The ink penetrates to the reverse side, but the writing is still readable. In this manuscript, Prince Madrais explains his reflection in the Dutch colonial Era. Weapon became the main parts of human to kill and fight each other. Report to government was useless. Moreover, we will become a victim. The government only concerned on people with power and authority not for poor people. They supposed to be fair for all people.
