Candramukhir PuthiCandramukhir Puthi

The text narrates the love story of Candramukhi, daughter of the king of Gandarbha and Gulshunahār, son of the king of Misar (which has been identified as Egypt). The story appears to be an adaptation from a Persian text and this is reflected in the literary innovations made in the structure and the form of the narration.

The original printed volume is undated and incomplete. The volume measures 137mm x 203mm. The main text appears on pages 11-48 and this is all that has been copied, along with the front and back covers of the book. The title page is missing from the original.
