This file consists of 37 individual and group portrait photographs of Emil Hakoupian's family, and other Armenians in Tabriz, Iran.
Some of the photographs have been mounted, some are loose prints, and some are attached to walls in the owner's house. The owner does not have information about the provenance, context or subjects featured in the photographs, and so the information provided here is necessarily incomplete.
Further information may be gleaned from the annotations, in Armenian, which accompany some of the photographs. The owner has stated that the photographs were taken by a number of different photographers, but their identities are not known.
Original prints measure 6 x 9cm, 9 x 12cm, 13 x 18cm and 18 x 24cm.
