Two postcards mounted into the notebook. The first postcard shows a river, with two wooden boats in it. In the first one a man is pushing the boat with a long stick, dressed in official uniform. A second man, a white person, is seated in the same boat, wearing a white helmet and a uniform with short pants. Behind them is another boat, which has one person aboard. The river is full of plants and looks like a swamp. In the distance a small mountain can be seen. The second postcard shows a road with most likely a rail-road on the left side. The road goes through a green environment of palmtrees and other kinds of trees. A troop of men is walking on the road, wearing uniforms, carrying guns and a flag.
