The general inspector from information and culture department (in that age) ,honour offered the Tai robes for Sangkha delegations that join in the Sangkha council conference of all over the country in the day closed the meeting at Dhamma council Hall Vat That Luang Neua Neua Vientiane ,on May 12th,1967 ,(see Nr.H0012).
