These robes are from Lao government and devoutee,to offer the Sangkha delegations in finally day closed the Sangkha council conference of all over the country,that held at the Dhamma council Hall Vat That Luang Neua Vientiane.,on May 12th,1967 ,(see Nr.H0012).
