The Bronze casted Buddha statue at Vat Manorom Satharam was destroyed when Chinese army came to Laos they cut two hands of the Buddha out for searching some property in the Buddha statue. The bronze casted Buddha statue is the biggest Buddha statue in Luang Prabang.
