Yaut-Tham or Chundhasugariga Sutta (Four chapters of Supreme Dhamma) giving ceremony on Het Bun (merit-making) dedicated to Mr. Chanpheng Saramany at Sim of Vat Saen Sukharam on September 12, 1998. This photograph shows lay people sprinkle water to four monks who will give four chapters of Yaut-Tham. The woman who sprinkles water on the step and turns her face to us is Princess Manilai Savang, the wife of Crown Prince Vong Savang.
