Lay people were sitting to listen monk chanting Ouposot ( observing of 227 precepts) at Vat Saen Sukharam, head by Pha Khamchan Virachitta Maha Thela , Abbot of Vat Saen Sukharam, Luang Prabang, Pha On Ta abbot of Vat Manolom and Pha Khammao Manivangso abbot of Vat Xiang Thong with other monks from other temples in Luang Prabang participated at this time.
