Sathou Nyai Khamchan Virachitta Mahathera, Abbot of Vat Saen Sukharam and a chief monk of the provincial Buddhist Fellowship Organization of Luang Prabang, giving a sermon on good result of washing Buddha image in the main hall of Vat Mai Suvannaphoumaram on 28th of April, 2004 before Prabang procession back to the Royal Palace after washing at Vat Mai Suvannaphoumaram for three days during the Lao New Year Festival in B.E. 2547 (C.E. 2004).
