Sathou Onkeo Kittiphattho, Abbot of Vat Pak Khan teaching monks and novices about how to preserve and conserve the Lao manuscripts and basic knowledge for library using which was held at Vat Xiengthong from 19 to 23 July 2003. He has established the Buddhist Library at Vat Xiengthong,but it is temporary closed because there is any body take care of it.
