Sathou Onkeo Kittiphattho, visiting Phra That Hariphounxai,Lamphoun,Thailand in 2003 when he receiving the invitation from Lao monks students who studying at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University,Chiang Mai to attend the International Festival of Prince Vessantara which was held at Vat Soundork,Chiang Mai,Thailand.There are monks from Myanmar,Combodia,Nepal,Thailand,and Laos attending this festival.
