Chao Khammanh Vongkotrattana, at the age of 60, who compiled Temple Historical Book of Luang Prabang. This photo was taken when he is the secretary of Buddhabandithsapha (Buddhist Philosophy Council) of Kingdom of Laos at Vat Phra Keo, Vientiane in 1949.(This photo was reproduced from Temple Historical Book of Luang Prabang of Sathou Nyai Khamchan Virachitta Mahathera, the abbot of Vat Saen Soukharam which compiled by Chao Khammanh Vongkotrattana and give to Phia Mue Cha (Thid Khamtanh, the father of Sathou Nyai Khamchan Virachitta Mahathera) on 7 November B.E. 2507).
