The Sangharat Khoun.The Sanharat Khoun was born at Ban Vat That, Luang Prabang in C.S. 1217 (C.E. 1854) during the reign of King Chanthebpaphakhoun or King Luangchan. At the age of 13, he had ordained to be a novice at Vat That. At the age of 21, he had ordained to be a monk at Vat That and he had nominated to be Huakhou, Rajakhou and Maharajakhou and the abbot of Vat That. In C.S. 1272 (C.E. 1910), he and King Bounkhong (the father of Chao Phetsaraj) built a new main hall at Vat That instead of the old main hall that was destroyed by wind in C.S. 1277 (C.E. 1915). In the same year, he was nominated to be the Sangharat of Kingdom of Luang Prabang instead of The Sangharat Pan and live at Vat Mai Souvannaphoummaram during the reign of King Sisavangvong He passed away in C.S. 1293 (C.E. 1931) at the age of 76 years old.
