Morning alms round on Boun Khao Padapdin, Luang Prabang, in front of Vat Saen Sukharam on 10th September, 1988. Mr. Xang (a nephew of Sathou Nyai Khamchan Virachitta Mahathera, Abbot of Vat Saen Sukharam) and his son Ek lift bowl of alms to give alms to the alms' bowl of Sathou Nyai Khamchan, next lay person is Uncle Ajan Phan of Ban Vat Saen, an artisan who built Sim (main hall) of Vat Saen Sukharam with Sathou Nyai Khamchan.
