Government officials participating in the opening ceremony of the 1st teacher's training at School of Phra Pariyattidhamma (School of Dhamma Scripture) of Luang Prabang at Vat Siphoutthabat from 4 to 20 June in B.E. 2511 (C.E. 1968). The official in uniform who turns his face to us is Mr. Sisouphan Virachit, a younger brother of Sathou Nyai Khamchan Virachitta Mahathera, Abbot of Vat Saen Sukharam.
