The Prabang Buddha's procession for watering ceremony during the Lao New Year Festival. It started from the Royal Palace to Vat Mai Souvannaphoumaram. The monks and novices walk first in the procession. This photograph was taken at the gate of the Royal Palace in the 1950s.
