Burmese people in Rangoon praying respect and giving donation to Sathou Nyai Khamchan Virachitta Mahathera, the abbot of Vat Saen Sukharam and other venerable Buddhist monks from many countries who are invited to receive honorific ranks that the Buddhist Sangha and the government of Burma offer to the most important Buddhist monks who are expert in Buddhism, in Rangoon, Burma on 28th March B.E. 2545 (C.E. 2002).Sathou Nyai Khamchan Virachitta Mahathera, the abbot of Vat Saen Sukharam received honorific rank to be Phra Akkhamaha Chatdhammachotikadhacha which is the highest honorific rank of the Burmes Buddhist Sangha.
