The ordination ceremony of Novice Khamsao to be Monk Khamsao (Sathou Khamsao Souphalo, the present abbot of Vat Nong Sikhounmeuang) who is a pupil of Sathou Nyai Phoumy Phalappatto, the former abbot of Vat Nong Sikhounmeuang, in the main hall of Vat Saen Sukharam in 1990. Sathou Nyai Khamchan Virachitta Mahathera, the abbot of Vat Saen Sukharam is the preceptor, Sathou Nyai Thongsouk Suchinno from Vat Saen Sukharam is the right-hand prayer, and Sathou Nyai Mao Manivangso, the abbot of Vat Xiengthong is the left-hand prayer. Mrs. Bouachin Sodalak from Ban Phonheuang is the host of the ceremony.
