After the host of the ordination and the Lao people finish praying to the Buddha, the Naga (the candidate for the ordination) holds the monk's robes and then offers the flower bunch to the preceptor and prays the ordination chant. This was the ordination ceremony of Phia Hatsakaud (Ajan Thongdee) at Vat Saen Sukharam in 1965. The Sangharaj Dhammayana Mahathera was the preceptor.
