The main hall of Vat Saen Sukharam has been being built in 1958 by Sathou Nyai Khamchan Virachitta Mahathera, the abbot of Vat Saen Sukharam, monks and novices of Vat Saen Sukharam, and lay people. In that time, there is a drum tower located on the east of the main hall.
