Monks and novices of Vat Saen Sukharam, and lay people cleaning the private Kuti of Sathou Thongsouk Suchinno after he passed away in 1996. Sathou Nyai Khamchan Virachitto, the abbot of Vat Saen Sukharam had destroyed this Kuti and rebuilt the museum in 2003 with total fund of construction one hundred and thirty five millions Kips.
