Sathou Khamchan Virachitto, the abbot of Vat Saen Sukharam and Chao Khana Khoueng (a chief monk of Buddhist Sangha) of Luang Prabang during a merit-making ceremony for offering to Sathou Nyai Kaenchan Katchayana Mahathera, the former abbot of Vat Saen Sukharam who is his preceptor for a novice ordination ceremony. This photo was taken in the old Kuti of Sathou Nyai Kaenchan at Vat Saen Sukharam in 1960s.
