Lay people of Xay District, Oudomxay Province receive monks from Luang Prabang, there are Sathou Nyai Khamfanh Silasangvaro, the abbot of Vat Khili, Phra Maha Manith, Phra Maha Ounekham, and Phra Maha Bounpheng Kovidho who are monk teachers of School of Pali in Luang Prabang during they go to propagate Buddhism at there by carrying from village to village in Xay District, Oudomxay Province in April, 1951.
