The ordination ceremony of Phra Vongsavang at Mat Mai Souvannaphoumaram on th 2nd of February, 1961. The Sangharaj Dhammayana Maha Thera was the preceptor, Sathou Nyai Khamfanh Silasangvaro Maha Thera (the Abbot of Vat Khili) was the right hand sponsor and Sathou Nyai Khamchan Virachitta Mara Thera (the Abbot of Vat Sean Sukharam) was the left hand sponsor.
