Khot Sim (the main hall's boundary-marking and stone setting) ceremony led by Sathou Nyai Khamchan Virachitta Mahathera (the Abbot of Vat Saen Sukharam) and the other monks from Luang Prabang who participated in the Khot Sim ceremony at Vat Meuang Khua in Phongsaly in 1995.
