Lay people of Luang Prabang who attend the celebration of the main hall of Vat Payatheub in B.E. 2500 (C.E. 1957).The main hall of Vat Payatheub was built by Phya Luang Sisonxay (Khamphoui Boupha- 4th standing from right), and his younger brother Phya Meuangsaen (a man who is upstair with monks and novices) and his relatives.
