Sathou Nyai Kaenchan Katchayana Mahathera, the former abbot of Vat Saen Sukharam and the former chief monk of Buddhist Sangha of Xiengthong Group, Luang Prabang was born in B.E. 2434 (C.E. 1891) , and passed away in B.E. 2486 (C.E. 1943) at the age of 51. This photo was taken at the age of 40 in 1933.
