Sathou Nyai Phoumy Phalappatto (1921-1995), the former abbot of Vat Nong Sikhounmeuang after Sathou Nyai Khamdee Disapanyo who is in the photo Nr B0263. He is the monk who built the present main hall of Vat Nong Sikhounmeuang in 1965 and completed in 1990. Sathou Nyai Phoumy Phalappatto was born in B.E. 2464 (C.E. 1921) and had ordained to be a monk on 8 July in B.E. 2484 (C.E. 1941 at Vat Siphoutthabat. The Sangharat Dhammayana Mahathera (Bounthan Boupharat) is the preceptor, Sathou Nyai Somchin Sirichandho is the right-hand sponsor and Sathou Nyai Khamfanh Silasangvaro, the abbot of Vat Khili is the left-hand sponsor. Sathou Nyai Phoumy Phalappatto passed away on 11 June, 1995, at the age of 74. This photo was taken in 1961, at the age of 40.
