Phra Lakkham Viravisoutthikhoun (Sathou Nyai Khamchan Virachitta Mahathera), the abbot of Vat Saen Soukharam, Luang Prabang was born on 23 September, 1920 and has ordained to be a monk on 9 June, 1941.
