Sathou Nyai Khamchan Virachitta Mahathera (1920-2007), at the age of 40, the abbot of Vat Saen Soukharam. This photo was taken infront of Oup Mong Cave at Vat Saen Soukharam in 1970.In the past, this Oup Mong Cave was belonged to Vat That Noy opposite Vat Saen Soukharam, when Vat That Noy transferred to belong to Vat Saen Soukharam Sathou Nyai Khamchan Virachitta Mahathera built the hall for this Oup Mong Cave in 1992, and he had painted the life of the Buddha when the Budda made himself into five different postures such as two standing postures, one sitting posture and two reclining postures and floating himself into Tavatingsa-heaven, and it surprised to the four assemblies of Buddhists( Buddhist monk, Buddhist nun, Buddhist male devotee and Buddhist female devotee) very much.
