Celebration of the Day of the Romanian Consulate - 10 May 1898 - in Ioannina: Tatar Osman Pasha - valiya of Ioannina (latter he became emissary of sultan Hamid from Carigrad to appease the Young Turk Revolutionaries in 1908. Eventually he was captured by Niyazi Bey,hled on Pelister for 3 days, and sent him back in Carigrad). On his right is the French consul and on his left is the Romanian consul; with other consuls and their bodyguards dressed in Albanian folk costumes.

На сликата се гледаат: Татар Осман паша - валија на Јанина (подоцна бил пратен од Цариград, од страна на султан Хамид, да ги смири Младотурците во 1908 година. Но, Нијази бег го заробил и го држел 3 дена на Пелистер и потоа го испратил назад во Цариград).
