In front of the couple, there is a plate with plants of nine grains (nava danya mulapari). Woman and children are standing on the side and behind of the wedded couple. It is written in tamil on the top of the mount "'Om Sakti" and on the bottom "Suyambu, Arulmigu Adiparasakti Melmaruvathur".
