1st photo is a Pandakal ceremony

Indoor portrait.There are 5 photos. Pre-marital events. The 1st photo is a Pandakal ceremony which is traditional to seek the blessings of the family deity (usually with a Ganesha prayer) to ensure that the remover of obstacles protect the couple and the proceedings from evil. Usually, this small ritual is performed one day before the wedding. There are 7 woman in this photo and 5 woman standing in front are doing rituals for a bamboo (only this kind of tree is used for this ceremony). They are wearing silk sarree, jewels, pottu and flowers in head. The 2nd photo is a nalangu ceremony. The groom is sitted and wearing pant, shirt, tie and has a flower garland, arround his neck. He is wearing watch and have a flower bouquet. A woman is bending down and putting the customary symbol (pottu) on the forehead of the groom. In front, there is a plate with sandal, pot with rose water (panir sombu) and lamp (kuttuvilakku). The photo in the bottom, real left, there are 2 sitted men.They are wearing pant, shirt, finger ring. They are exchanging plate with coconut and invitation, to accept the alliance. The photo below is tha same sitter as on the above photo. The 2 men are sitted and saluting/Thanking pose with the priest who is also sitted in saluting pose, is wearing veshti and long stole (ankavastiram arround is body) . Next to them there a lamp (kuttuvilaku), 2 girls, and one woman. Background has entrance and wall clock. The last photo on the real left is the same sitters as in the previous one. A woman wearing saree, bangles, watch, ear studds is receiving the plate. A boy wearing trousers and shirt is looking the plate. On the background, a man is carrying a crying baby.
