This is from the personal archival collection of Thondaiman Royal Family in Pudukottai. The Tondaiman family were Tamil rulers of the ancient Tondai Nadu (Tondaimandalam) division of Tamilakkam in South India. Their capital was at Kanchipuram. The family is currently lead by Rajah R. Rajagopal Tondaiman.
