This is from Nalla Pillai Studio, in front of Marriaman Koil Street, Madattu street, Kumbakonam. The materials were digitized from Nalla Pillai Studio. Nalla Pillai Studio was opened in Kumbakonam in the year 1878 and still run by the great-grandsons of the founder. The business was cestablished by Nalla PIllai Mudaliar, the great-great-grandfather of the present owner. Nalla Pillai was a devotee of Sri Mouni Guru Swamigal, hence the collection has many photos of him.
