ཉི་མ་ལུང་གྲྭ་ཚང་གི་གསུང་རྟེན་

This series encompasses a rich and diverse collection of texts, including literary works, liturgical manuals, philosophical treatises, and personal notes. These writings are thoughtfully organized into multiple volumes, typically in the flexible poti style, with variations in size and format that highlight the distinct nature of each text. The majority of the texts are manuscripts written in uchen and umey scripts, using black ink on cream-colored handmade Bhutanese paper. The collection also features block prints produced from woodblocks carved in Lhalung, Tibet, as well as Nimalung and other regions of Bhutan. Among the treasures is a highly revered volume of golden scripture transcribed in gold ink on dark blue paper, alongside the opening pages of the Perfection of Wisdom in One Hundred Thousand Lines, also written in gold ink on dark blue paper. These sacred volumes are carefully preserved, stored on traditional bookshelves, and wrapped in multiple protective layers of cloth to ensure their longevity and spiritual significance.

Extent: 112 volumes of manuscripts.
