འཕགས་པ་དཀོན་མཆོག་བརྩེགས་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྣམ་གྲངས་སྟོང་ཕྲག་བརྒྱ་པ་

The dKon brtsegs, or Ratnakuta sutra group, comprises a rich compilation of Mahayana sutras that explore themes such as meditation, altruism, ultimate truth, and the Bodhisattva path. This collection is presented in six volumes, following the traditional poti format. The text is inscribed in uchen script using black ink on cream-colored Bhutanese handmade paper. Each volume opens with a striking first page featuring a central illustration of a Buddha, while the second page is adorned with margin depictions of the past lives of Buddha Shakyamuni and a stupa. Revered as a sacred relic, the collection is carefully housed on traditional bookshelves within the Lama Lhakhang of the Dzong fortress. Each volume is meticulously wrapped in multiple layers of cloth, encased between two wooden boards, and securely tied with a belt, ensuring its preservation and sanctity.

Extent: 6 volumes of manuscripts.
