The manuscript is likely a wayang puppet play, namely the story of Sumbadra's coronation as queen. The earliest text tells the story of Dwarawati and Pandhawa, accompanied by the Laras Slendro Pathet Nem musical composition. The puppets advancing from the south are Kresna and Somba, while Werkudara, Ongka Wijaya, Setyaki, and Udawa advance from the south. The middle section contains a conversation between Werkudara asking Kresna for help. The final section contains a conversation between Ongkawijaya and Patasan when they meet. The story continues in volume 2.
