This rare manuscript describes elaborately on the procedure to be followed in partition of properties among the stake holders and the relevant mathematical accounting process. The writings are based on the principles laid down in the Holy Quran. It seems the people of this region followed these rules and regulations given in this manuscript during the process of partition of properties. The manuscript also gives some other laws on Islamic Fiqh.
