The scripture of Saggatidipani was composed by Sri Lankan Venerable Asamaghosa Cariya. In the scripture states that he was a Noble One. The scripture was translated into Thai by one of the great monks of Lan Na, but the name of the translator and the date of the translation were not recorded. This text was inscribed in the palm-leaf manuscripts continuously until nowadays. The text is written in Pali and explained in Thai by quoting from other related scriptures to include in detail on the 6 gati (ways) that are the worlds that people who do not know can be revolved. 1. Nirayagati is the world of hells, 2. Tiracchānagati is the world of animals, 3. Petavisayagati is the realm of famishing ghosts, 4. Asurakāyagati is the plane of demons, 5. Manussayagati is the worldof human beings 6. Devatagati is the world of gods.
