Once upon a time, in the city of Chakkhin, a great disaster occurred. That was, a couple of great falcons who came to catch people to eat as food regularly. The king of Chakkhin had no way to fight, so he brought his daughter named Patthumma to hide in a drum in the palace. Until when the great falcons ate all the people. Later, King Chunlani of Panchala had gone hunting and strayed into the city of Chakkhin. He saw a desolate city full of bones. So, he went to beat the drum and heard Nang Patthumma’s voice from inside the drum. Thus, he took her out. Therefore, she had another name, Nang Khamkong. King Chunlani accepted her as his second wife after Nang Akkhi. Nang Akki was very jealous of Nang Khamkong. When Nang Khamkong gave birth to 4 sons, she was blindfolded by Nang Akkhi. Then Nang Akkhi brought the puppies to change and accused her that she had a relationship with a dog. King Chunlani therefore exiled her from the city to be a pig herder. As for the four children who were caught by Nang Akkhi, put them in the water and then stuck in the flower garden. The grandmother of the garden took the four children's corpses to cremate. At the crematorium, four frangipani trees were formed. When Nang Akkhi found out the truth, she had her guards to cut out the trees and float away. The trees floated to a hermit. The hermit revived their lives as human beings. Then he taught them various magic spells. The four men went on a battle, defeating giants, devils and humans, gaining many colonies and then returned to the grandmother. They then set out to find their mother until they found her. They then went to see King Chunlani and told him the truth and lived in the city. As for Nang Akkhi, she was punished as a slave to raise pigs.
