The Vimanavatthu refers to the heavenly abodes or divine mansions of all the gods. It contains the story of the gods and goddesses who were born in the divine mansions or owners of the divine mansions. What kinds of wholesome did they conduct during their humanity that supported them to have such divine mansions. It also includes the problems of the Devas who asked the Buddha and the Buddha preached sermons to answer the problems for the Devas. One of the five Buddha’s daily routines, it is also mentioned that the Buddha answered the questions to the angels at midnight. The Vimanavatthu is compiled the Suttanta Pitaka, Khutthaka Nikaya. There are a total of 85 stories of the divine mansons. Each divine mansion is different, the owner of the divine mansion is different, the height and beauty of the divine mansion is different as a result of giving alms, obsorving the 5 and 8 precepts and practicing meditation durimg the time in the human world.
